Congrats on your work on the C.A.R. I wish me could have such detailed articles on all the towns and villages in Africa. Far too many including state articles are stubs ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you" Contribs 14:32, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I know there is a whole world out there in Africa but geographically the coverage on the internet wikipedia is unfortunately incredibly sparse in relation to the enormous coverage of other places. There must be at least a potential 1 million African articles. I hate seeing stubs but this is all we can do until the info is relayed online. Fortunately I have found a bit of info on African wildlife such as conservation which I am using to create a wildlife series (which should have been started back in 2001) ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you" Contribs 12:08, 15 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Eliedote.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Eliedote.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. NotifyBot (talk) 13:08, 17 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Nigeria Football Federation, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Nigeria Football Association. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Rafaï Airport[edit]

You created the Rafaï Airport article on 13 June 2007. Could you provide a citation for the source you used? The article is currently unsourced. Also, what are your feelings about possible merger of the Rafaï Airport article into the Rafaï article. Right now they are both stubs. See Talk:Rafaï#Merge in from Rafaï Airport. --Bejnar (talk) 22:02, 5 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Harel Mallac Group, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. 2601:188:0:ABE6:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 16:58, 25 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for September 3[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Police dog, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Springer Spaniel. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
