Notability Requirement[edit]

Sanchez-Hucles is an academic who is a professor emerita at Old Dominion University, as such I have relied on Wikipedia's Notability requirements for academics.[1] [2]

Sanchez-Hucles meets the following requirement (at a minimum):

  • The person has held a named chair appointment or distinguished professor appointment at a major institution of higher education and research, or an equivalent position in countries where named chairs are uncommon.WP:PROF#5 [2]

In 2006 she was appointed as chair of the psychology department at Old Dominion University.[3] Rizzle13 (talk) 21:46, 9 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • I came back and looked at this (my nomination) & decided I didn't like the wording of the main hook, so I'm proposing ALT2 instead. -QuakerSquirrel (talk) 19:09, 10 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Article is new enough, long enough, and within policy. QPQ provided. Both hooks are verified and within length, though ALT1 does seem rather uninteresting, so prefer ALT2. Good to go. --Paul_012 (talk) 17:05, 30 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
