This is not the cover art used in any single release of the song (discogs, 45cat.com). Instead, this is that of the parent album of the same name by the late Michael Jackson. There is no Freedom of Panorama in the Philippines, and these sculptures appear to be recent enough to be still under sculptor's copyrights. Per Marchjuly's responses at User talk:Fastily/Archive 6#Restoration of a deleted file, images of copyrighted monuments locally hosted here on English Wikipedia should comply with WP:Non-free content, as enwiki follows the U.S. copyright law and the U.S. copyright law does not provide Freedom of Panorama for monuments and other non-architectural artistic works. Images of unfree public monuments of the Philippines and other no-FoP countries (like Korea and France) must be treated as not free for English Wikipedia, should be tagged with fair use tags, and comply with WP:NFCC. Otherwise, images do not meet and should be deleted. This and other images listed here do not meet as there is no article on the monument itself. Suspected recent sculpture of birds, in the Philippines where there is no Freedom of Panorama. English Wikipedia only follows the U.S. copyright law, and Title 17 of the U.S. Code does not provide Freedom of Panorama for free exploitations of monuments.
