Orphaned, unencyclopedic file. This does not actually seem to be a real book about Shakespeare, but rather an image that was thrown together in Photoshop with stock images of Shakespeare and an old book cover. Orphaned file, superseded by File:Logo of RTRS-BiH.jpg. Uploader claims to be the copyright holder, but this is dubious. Copyright most likely belongs to Radio Televizija Republike Srpske, and there is no indication that the uploader is a legal agent of that organization. According to http://corp.roblox.com/, the Commons logo seems to be the actually correct version of the logo. Seems like an US group too, so "PD-textlogo" seems appropriate unless people have concerns about the typeface. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 18:57, 15 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I'm concerned that the prominent magazine covers here may make the photo a derivative work of the magazines, and thus non-free unless we get permission for each cover or unless the image qualifies as de minimis but the covers appear to be a little too prominent for that. Do we have evidence that the file is under the given license? - A prior discussion stated that the uploader is not Werner Fischdick.
