Any time we see "award-winning" in some text, it's automatically not neutral but rather promotional. Using the Beaver Heritage site as your reference makes it lean more towards being promotional. The link to the documentary on YouTube is more promotionalism. There is one possibly good secondary reference in there, to the Pittsburg Post-Gazette. It's behind a paywall, so I can't properly assess it. Maybe if you were to summarize what that article says, in your own words and in a neutral way, you would have a satisfactory addition to the page.

Actually, because of your connection, the way you are supposed to make changes is to use an edit request on the talk page of the article. There's a WP:Edit Request Wizard that you can use, if it makes things easier. If it's the edit to Matthew Quay, it was overly long and also misplaced in a section that deals with what scholars have said about Quay. Some brief description of the exhibit and survey might be useful in the Locations section, but it's not a good thing to glom on at length to the end of the article where there is a quotation designed to finish off the article effectively. Thank you. Have shortened the text considerably with an encyclopedic style that's straightforward, just-the-facts, neutrally written, all verified by independent, external sources. Would this revision work, to appear at the end of the final section entitled "Assessment"?

In 2022-2023, the Beaver Area Heritage Museum in Quay’s hometown mounted an exhibit and produced a documentary, “Saint or Sinner? The Complicated Legacy of Senator Matthew Stanley Quay.” They were based on themes from Kehl’s biography with artifacts from his and the museum’s collections and research conducted by the Beaver County Historical Research and Landmarks Foundation. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said the display "doubles as a thought experiment for modern political discourse" and "challenges visitors to decide a verdict on his ways of doing business."[1] The Beaver County Times said that the exhibit " includes a video interview with Kehl, … going deeply into the elements of one of Beaver's most famous residents, examining Quay’s personality and sources of power."[2] The exhibit and documentary received the American Association for State and Local History’s 2023 Award of Excellence[3] and the Pennsylvania Federation of Museum’s 2023 Special Achievement Award[4].
