Karl war übrigens mit der Witwe des Ministers Grafen von Colloredo verheiratet, sich aber schon wenige Monate nach der Ehe wieder von ihr scheiden lassen. Im Alter von 74 Jahren verstarb Prinz Karl kinderlos am 21. November 1825 in Wien.

My translation:
