Hi! I am an editor in the English Wikipedia. I have been editing Wikipedia since the last 2 years. I have also created some articles especially the requested ones for Wikiproject India. Within this time, I have gained quite some knowledge about Wikipedia Policies. I am a Recent Changes patroller and I frequently revert vandalism.   Sorry about that!

  'Partha Basak' is my name, so I thought I would make my signature as Partha Basak. The username is a mixture of different terms; "2006" is my birth year, "nishan" is my nickname and "178713" are some randomly chosen numbers. It's so because while I was creating my account, I didn't plan to edit Wikipedia. But fortunately, I started editing Wikipedia and now I am loving it :)

What I mean is that your username and your signature does not match in anyway, that was why I referred you to check out the Guidelines and policies that applies to custom signatures.. I would like to be a New Page Reviewer so I can mark good pages as Reviewed (in keeping with Wikipedia's guidelines) and help reduce the new page review backlog.
