There is an image on Commons: File:Dean Amadon 1958.jpg. However, I'm not sure if the license is correct. It refers to "per Smithsonian declaration on Biodiversity Heritage Library project" but gives no link. I found https://about.biodiversitylibrary.org/help/copyright-and-reuse/permissions/ but I'm not sure this is it.
