The license agreement on the image ([1]) appears to have non-commercial restrictions on it. I'm bringing it here instead of F3'ing it because it is not 100% certain due to the wording. Majora (talk) 00:35, 8 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - The claim of public domain is clearly not true since the site is copyrighted and has specific licensing terms for the images as outlined at their content license page. Furthermore, the section listing restricted uses makes it clear that many commercial uses are disallowed (no resale). -- Whpq (talk) 11:40, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This was deleted on Commons as a copyright violation at c:File:Picture of Mokgweetsi Eric Keabetswe Masisi.jpg and c:File:Mokgweetsi Masisi (2015).jpeg. Pinging User:Túrelio and User:Ronhjones who performed the deletions. Magog the Ogre (t • c) 02:20, 8 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

First one - Found on the internet by Túrelio - Here. Second one was a re-upload and gave https://wiki.alquds.edu/?query=Mokgweetsi_Masisi#/media/File:%22Mokgweetsi_Masisi%22.jpeg as the source - that link just opens the wiki page Mokgweetsi Masisi!
