I have serious doubts that we can host this image, as the background is a significant portion of a non-free work of art, and there's no indication that Asimicus is Asim Butt and therefore has the legal right to claim own work for the art in the background or for File:Scaryasim.jpg, the other image in that he uploaded. Comment - I'd be inclined to go for a tighter crop before deletion unless there is a reason to believe the uploader has no right to the photo irrespective of the background copyrighted work. gren グレン 03:54, 26 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Keep - There's enough sourced information about this particularly episode/scene and causing some viewers to have seizures that it (without the seizure-inducing effects, naturally) is a reasonably thing to show, at least in Pokémon episodes removed from rotation. The use at the Photosensitive_epilepsy is probably unnecessary. (As a side, it's interesting that we have an article on that episode, that uses a video clip of that scene, unfiltered. Can it be re-added in the episode page? If not, then "delete" it. The use in non-Pokemon pages won't help readers much, and I'm unsure that the use in removed episodes list is minimal and significant. I won't vote "keep" until it is re-added in the episode page. The image is not needed in Dennō Senshi Porygon, since there is an animated version (which however doesn't work for me). If the animation can be fixed, the still image is not needed. If it can't be fixed, the still image still isn't needed, because I don't see what purpose the still image would serve in the article that cannot be accurately described with text. -- Toshio Yamaguchi 12:32, 26 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
