Thank you for editting Shōko Nakagawa article. There's an article I'd like you to expand. That is an economist Kazuhide Uekusa. Today, he is more famous as hentai or chikan than ability as an economist because he was arrested for molesting a schoolgirl. However, you don't need to translate his article perfectly from Japanese wikipedia because 100% perfect translation may be a little unnatural. Please use his article of Japanese wikipedia as a "reference"! I'd like you to add "sentences written in Japanese version" but "sentences NOT written in English version" to his English article. For example, it's about his trial at court in December 2006. (in English version, it's not described about it yet) Is my English correct? Am I able to have you understand because my English is poor? Erik Mongrain – エリック・モングレイン ??

Hello, I contact you to help me with an article to translate in japanese. At the beginning, I have created the article with the caracters エリック・モングレン, but wikipedians decides to spell it エリック・モングレイン instead, because Erik didn't have a official Website in japanese. I'm Erik Mongrain's Webmaster, and to do the japanese pages, the translator have spelled Erik Mongrain エリック・モングレン. The problem that I have is that there's 2 ways his name in japanese and I was wondering which one is the good one for his official Website (and the article)...

• エリック・モングレン – Translator

My question is : which spelling would you choose for the official name of Erik Mongrain in japanese??

Inquiry

Would you be interested in help expanding a series of Anime related articles? I need help from a Japanese speaking person to add material from Japanese sources.

For now my focus is mostly for the articles on Oh My Goddess! (ああっ女神さまっ, Aa! Megami-sama!). More specifically articles on the featured list "List of Oh My Goddess episodes". I want to start with the article You're a Goddess?.

A concern was raised that the articles in question did not have adequate out of universe material such as information on the production or information on the cultural references such as the reception it received. Information on ratings, awards a particular episode received would also be a helpful addition.

If you could help perfect just one of the articles, I could use it as a metric for future reference. Of course I would more than welcome any additional help as well.

Japanese Music Charts

Hi, I'm just writing to you to request your help and assistance in referencing the Japanese Music Charts. Through out alot of popular english songs I have viewed I have noticed that they have been noted as performing well in Japan and have also read that the Japanese music market it very big. But in saying this every song I have seen has not got a Japanese chart position in the charts box. So if you are into music and willing to try and provide information on the Japanese Music Charts it would be greatly appreciated so then wikipedia users can start adding the Japanese chart positions into the chart boxes for popular songs. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge!
