Special:WantedTemplates[edit]

Hi, I have been cleaning up Special:WantedTemplates and noticed that your javascript page is showing up in Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:Subst' + ':relisting. This is because the backend software is parsing the curly braces as templates. An easy way to fix this is to put

// <nowiki>

at the top of your script, and

// </nowiki>

at the bottom of your script. This won't impact the functionality, since they are in javascript comments, but will remove the pages from Special:WantedTemplates. Thanks in advance for your help! Plastikspork ―Œ(talk) 13:48, 20 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I tried your fix but here the nowiki tags trigger errors ExtorcDev (talk) 17:12, 25 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

ExtorcDev You need to include the // which are javascript comment markers (see here for an example). Thanks! Plastikspork ―Œ(talk) 12:36, 26 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

About rmMaster.js...[edit]

I suggest that you keep everything isolated in your userspace first (if need be, just make a copy of the RM/TR page) rather than having references of live pages, including Wikipedia space, until you have finished development of your userscript. – robertsky (talk) 11:36, 27 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Im so sorry. I know my testing caused some disruption. I will make sure this doesn't happen again. ExtorcDev (talk) 13:04, 27 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
