Template removal[edit]

1. Primary sources. Most references here are to newspaper reports, which are not usually considered primary sources.

2. WP:LISTN specifically says that if a list is notable, then every item in the list need not be notable. Removing non-notable items can diminish the value of the list. Consider List of Mayors of Toowoomba.
