Only a few points here:

In the lead, the phrase "the ship was transferred to France" makes it sound like T16 was transferred to French service.
In the Construction and career section: through the Channel to Germany clarify English Channel
in the Baltic with...: suggest "in the Baltic Sea with..."
Norway is linked on second mention, not first.
Dupe link: Skagerrak (note the different spelling on links)
