Article for improvement at Yevgeny Dolmatovsky[edit]

The songwriter Yevgeny Dolmatovsky has what appears to be an excellent article... in Russian. The article in English is currently a mess with (prior to my edit) a grand total of one citation linking to an irrelevant answers.com search.
