Looney Tunes Superstars DVD

Searching under "aspect ratio" produced nothing, strange to say. So, here goes.

The page on the Looney Tunes Superstars (http://wiki.alquds.edu/?query=Looney_Tunes_Super_Stars) series contains a statement that appear to me to be incorrect:

   That the incorrect aspect ratio of some of the early disks is 1.85:1.

Two reasons are given for this: 1) That this is how they were shown from 1953 on; and 2) That this was done because WB still believes, 20 years after letterboxing came to VHS, that most viewers prefer the picture to fill their screen

The first explanation is unlikely, I think, because Maltin suggests that films began being made in non-academy ratio in 1953. It would surely have taken some time before 1.85:1 became the standard ratio. Note that Disney, when they put out /Darby O'Gill and the Little People/ on DVD, cited the "widescreen" version as being 1.75:1, stating that it was filmed in Academy ratio but was chopped on the top and bottom by the theater owners -- and that was in 1959. The 1.85:1 ratio would have come later.

The second explanation conflicts with a 1.85:1 aspect ratio because the aspect ratio of a 16:9 television set is 1.78:1, not 1.85:1. Other than that, it is perfectly believable: that is, it is perfectly believable that, despite having lost the anti-letterboxing wars in VHS and DVD for standard (4:3 or 1.33:1 aspect ratio) TV owners, the bozos in charge have decided that widescreen (16:9) TV owners are too stupid to appreciate seeing the entire image. It apparently has not occurred to them that many vidoephiles moved to 16:9 long ago, and that those same videophiles were the most vehement proponents of viewing things in the correct aspect ratio.

I, myself, use a normal (4:3) TV set and so cannot tell by looking at the image whether it is 1.85:1, 1.78:1 or 1.66:1. On a 16:9 TV set, a program with a 1.85:1 aspect ratio should be letterboxed; if these are not, then they should not be described as having aspect ratio 1.85:1. Nor should they be described as being widescreen (which, for films, properly means "an aspect ratio greater than 1.85:1") but rather as "16:9 Full Frame", which is what the second reason above is saying they are. However, unlike, say, /Voyage of the Dawn Treader/, which was 16:9 Full Frame Unrolled (nothing missing, much added to the top and bottom), these are 16:9 Full Frame Pan & Scan (material missing from the top and bottom), showing that they were done by people who have no respect at all for either those who created the programming or for those who are watching them.

Individual releases by GoodTimes Entertainment

I'm surprised to see that many of their direct-to-video cartoons have articles, such as Snow White (1995 film) or Heidi (1995 film) (see Template:Goodtimes for a full list). The company marketed really, really, really low budget cartoons direct-to-video mainly to take advantage of concurrent Disney film releases (for which they were in fact sued by Disney); I remember them selling for a few bucks each at local grocery stores back in the '90s. The articles are all lacking reliable sources (unless Big Cartoon DataBase counts), have almost all redlinks for the cartoons' creators (the one exception appears to be Goodtimes' founder, who may or may not merit her own article), and show no sign of any notability, either from critical reviews (were there any?) or significance in animation history. So my view is that at best, the titles and their release dates should be listed at the company's article, because I don't see a basis for such detailed coverage for each video release. As this isn't my usual area of editing, however, I thought I'd get some other opinions in case there's something I haven't considered before I redirect these and/or list them and the template for deletion. postdlf (talk) 18:14, 28 January 2012 (UTC)

If anything, the articles could provide the information you need to correct the many inaccurate claims you've made in this criticism. "GoodTimes" was not founded by Diane Eskenazi; she founded the American Investment Corporation (later Golden Films) which is only one of several companies involved in GoodTimes' animation releases. Yes, Disney sued Goodtimes and lost the case because the judge rightfully decided that GoodTimes' animation companies were not, in any way, infringing on Disney's copyrights (since once again Disney was trying to get around copyright claims they do not own). Golden Films is in fact part of the Wheel of Peace foundation, a small-budget charity foundation aimed at the welfare of children worldwide; the earnings made from the animation company's animated releases was forwarded to Wheel of Peace projects. Burbank Films Australia and Jetlag Productions worked differently, but each had their own story. There's very little information online separating these branches from the umbrella term 'GoodTimes' which is why I think it is useful to provide articles. All of the films, some more than others, are significantly well-known even if credible sources on them are hard-to-come by. T.W. (talk) 18:07, 4 February 2012 (UTC)

Episode missing from family guy

Family guy season 5 episode 19 is not listed and is called family guy Special 100th episode, Even though it is episode 99, blue harvest, season 6 episode 1 is the 100th episode, I have no idea how to edit Wikipedia, and it will take me to long to edit every episode after the 100th episode, so just starting this topic so someone else can verify that I am correct 49.224.243.255 (talk) 17:10, 2 March 2012 (UTC)

Spider-Man merge

Hello! I working on implementing Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Spider-Man episodes, which calls for merging lots of episode pages into List of Spider-Man (1994 TV series) episodes. However, I am not sure what to do with the season pages, such as Spider-Man (1994 TV series) Season 2. The letter of the AfD does not call for merging these, but the spirit seems to; I have already merged Spider-Man (1994 TV series) Season 1, but I want your opinions before I continue. There's a disagreement at Talk:All your base are belong to us#More accurate English translation about the need to list a sample of sentences from the video game cutscenes. There are three possibilities being suggested:

• Include the quotes in Japanese and the broken Engrish translation original from the video game.
• Include the quotes in Japanese, the broken Engrish translation, and an accurate English translation.
• Remove the table.

Italian amimation

There are some Italian animators (directors) who should have articles. Their notability has recently been increased due to their association with animated films relating to the RMS Titanic; and are wiki-linked from multiple WP entries: Kim J. Ok, Orlando Corradi, Camillo Teti

OK, so there's this Iniced (talk · contribs) who's got it in his head to zap all the "notes" sections in all the cartoon articles. Tortoise Wins by a Hare is just one of many examples. That specific article's been tagged for needing sourcing since 2007, and the information removed had no sourcing, so I'd say Iniced was acting appropriately. In general I believe Notes, Trivia, etc. need third-party sourcing to establish that they have some degree of significance. Otherwise IMO they are inappropriate for inclusion. Split of Animation film stub

There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Proposals/2012/May#Split of Animation film stub regarding a proposal for splitting Category:Animated film stubs, by creating separate stub-types and categories for Betty Boop, Pink Panther and Woody Woodpecker stub articles. Long-term abuse affecting this WikiProject

Hello, I hope I can find some editors interested in cleaning up after some very sneaky vandalism that affected several articles within this WikiProject. 70.138.99.13 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log) has just been blocked for 1 year following repeated warnings and blocks for introducing factual errors into articles. Among this editor's contributions are edits to articles such as Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views). I have singled out this article in particular because there are many small edits in the article history going back to Christmas 2010, and sometimes this editor did make constructive edits, and the lack of reliable secondary sources in such articles makes it hard to verify whether these are factual errors or not. I am slowly going through the complete list of contributions and repairing what I can, but some of the edits are so old now, and the errors are sneaky enough, that it is slow going. Goofy Gophers

An editor blanked Goofy Gophers redirected it to a non-existent section on Looney Tunes with the edit summary "Article doesn't even TRY to come off as notable". As this is a lengthy long-standing referenced article with 150 incoming links and ranked as Mid-Importance for your project, I have reverted the redirection and added several more references. The characters have been written about in multiple books and even scholarly articles and were the leading characters in several films. Assistance with material related to an article under your project

Hi. I'm aware you cover animation within Wikipedia, would you be kind enough to tell me if you also deal with voice actors/actresses too? If so, I need your help with material concerning a VA on Babar and the Adventures of Badou.

Dallas Jokic, who voices the protagonist, Badou, has no article on here - instead, his entry redirects to Arthur Read, whom he is most noted for voicing - but he has other work under his belt and I'd like to get some assistance to compile a live entry on the kid, rather than having him redirect to a fictional 8 year old aardvark :) Any assistance would be warmly welcomed.  BarkingFish  15:45, 30 June 2012 (UTC)

Can somebody help with some fact checking?

Hi everybody. I have been reverting some changes to the cast list on The Mr. Men Show because the changes seem implausible and disagree with IMDB. I know IMDB is not gospel but the changes seemed implausible anyway as they mixed up British and American voice actors and included a sprinkling of people who do not seem to be voice actors at all. Anyway, I am concerned that the author of those changes may have been hoaxing a lot of other animation related articles. Many of them are subjects I am not familiar with and all I can do is compare their edits with IMDB. Would somebody be willing to take a look at the contribution history of 74.100.85.83 and see if they agree that their contributions are all or almost all hoaxes? I don't want to blanket revert a large number of edits on subjects I am unfamiliar with until somebody has confirmed that this is the right thing to do. Alpha and Omega (film)

Hi everyone. Supporterhéninois (talk · contribs) and I are contributors in the French Wikipedia. Supporterhéninois had made the french article of Alpha and Omega (film) a Good Article in July. And he asked for my help to alert you about the english one: in the past few weeks, IP contributor(s) has wrote some mistakes (probably vandalism...), particulary about a sequel (there is no sign of it in Imdb and the Google search shows only fansites talking about it) and about the accolades (the only one is the Artios Award, the others are fantasy). Considering neither of us are familiar with the en:WP (and not very skilled in english, thanks to the french educational system!), we don't know what is the procedure (I don't know if I can just delete the passages...), could anyone from the WikiProject take care of it, please? No-importance?

This has been covered elsewhere, but do we really need a separate importance class of "No" just for redirects and disambiguation pages? Most other projects do not use this extra criteria for non-article pages, and the few projects that do have it as an option, do not use it consistently in favor of "NA". Both of these importance criteria apply to non-article pages such as redirects, and if "importance=no" is left off, the importance defaults to "NA" anyway. I think that a lot of time and extra sorting could be eliminated, if we did away with "No-importance", and let all non-article pages fall under "NA-importance". I think the category "Category:Computer-animated short films" should be created. Now if you want to remark that a film is a short film made with computer animation you have to categorize it with "Category:Computer-animated films" and "Category:Animated short films", so I think it is better to create this new category.--Aliuken (talk) 13:34, 1 October 2012 (UTC)

Dodecaphony in "The Cat that Hated People"

In the wikipedia article on the cartoon music of "The Cat that Hated People", it is stated that a 12-note theme is used to represent Jerry and its retrograde represents Tom - but this isn't a Tom and Jerry cartoon, the cat isn't named, and no mouse appears at all! Is any of the music here dodecaphonic, or have they got the wrong film? Is it maybe "Puttin' on the Dog" instead? 2.102.53.250 (talk) 15:04, 2 December 2012 (UTC)

This event, which is organized by volunteers from the WikiWomen's Collaborative, supports improving coverage about women's history during the month of March. Who was first in animation?

Which was the first in animation?

• El Apóstol states in 1917.
• Imokawa Mukuzo Genkanban no Maki states to be in January 1917. If El Apóstol is not made in January, then it would not be the first.
• Katsudō Shashin states to be in 1907 by the page History of anima.

So which is correct, though El Apóstol is stated to be the first film, the Katsudō Shashin is stated to be a short animation (but an animation nonetheless). Thanks, Marasama (talk) 18:31, 8 April 2013 (UTC)

Yes. I was removing some of the deleted Nicktoons work group from the banner, but it will take weeks to remove it. Since I've nominated myself for deletion and was speedy deleted per MFD due to low activity. I am planing to add a task force of WP:NICK, but not today. The main article had its AFD and was redirected to List of programs broadcast by Nickelodeon. Since Nickelodeon and SpongeBob SquarePants had been decreasing while Cartoon Network and Adventure Time had been increased since it got very higher then Nick and SpongeBob. Barnstar

Would anyone support the idea of creating an Animation Barnstar? I wouldn't know how to do this myself, but have occasionally wanted to award one to certain editors, only to be disappointed that one doesn't yet exist. I find it rather surprising that there is a Barnstar for a specific type of animation (Anime and Manga) and not one for the broader topic. The only Barnstar right now that could be used to honor work on animation-related articles (other than generic ones, such as the Original Barnstar or the Special Barnstar) is the Film Barnstar, but that would leave out all of the animated television series. --Jpcase (talk) 15:21, 19 June 2013 (UTC)

Just a heads-up

I submitted a WikiProject proposal for Project Vocaloid, which is, as the name implies, a project focused on Vocaloid-related articles, their improvement, and the addition of Vocaloid-related articles that currently do not exist. Since quite a few pieces of Vocaloid-related software, such as MikuMikuDance, MikuMikuMoving, and MikuMikuCapture, are used for 3D animation, I just came by to inform the project of its (potentially) being listed as a related project.

I wanted to make this an entirely new project because Vocaloid has many things related to it that would fall under several projects' jurisdictions. For example, Hatsune Miku (and other individual Vocaloids) would fall under WikiProject Fictional characters's authority due to their being fictional characters, but pages like MikuMikuDance and the currently nonexistent page for MikuMikuMoving would fall under this project's watch, due to the software being a tool used for 3D animation, as well as being related to Vocaloid.

I just wanted to give the project a heads-up that it'll (potentially) be shown in the "Related Projects" section of another WikiProject.

CBS Storybreak release

The entire CBS Storybreak Series holds 26 episodes.

During the years only 13 episodes have been released.

The company refuses to discuss when if ever, they intend to release the rest of the episodes or when the the entire series will be available on DVD.

Franchise articles for Disney films

Due to the trend on Dreamworks films of writing articles about the franchsies as a whole, I think we should start to create them for Disney films. Lord knows many have been milked for every penny they're worth so we'll have a lot to talk about. I can attempt to create some of them (I was going to do Aladdin (franchise) now but changed my mind), but they'll probably be bare stubs.

I think there's a good basis for treating them differently, but maybe I'm wrong. The Dreamworks films (I assume you mean like Madagascar (2005 film)) tend to be a series of theatrical releases, thus of relatively equal importance and audience, and so an overview is useful. But aren't the Disney films all theatrical blockbusters with a string of direct-to-DVD sequels? I'd think it would be enough just to list the Disney DVD sequels in each article, maybe via a navigational template. postdlf (talk) 22:25, 19 October 2013 (UTC)

Teletoon request

I have a request, if anyone involved in this project is able to assist.

What happened is that {{Teletoon}} used to artificially transclude Category:Teletoon original series onto each article that contained the template, instead of the category being directly declared on individual articles. However, since templates aren't actually supposed to be doing that per WP:TCAT, a few days ago a user edited the template to <noinclude> the category instead. Their edit had the effect of entirely depopulating the category, however, so today I did a batch run of readding the category as a direct declaration on each individual article instead.

However, it's since been brought to my attention that some of the shows listed in the template may not really count as "Teletoon originals" and thus should not actually be in the category or the template — but I don't have the depth of knowledge necessary to determine what shows should be in the category; I can only determine, by looking at the template transclusions, whether a show was in the category prior to the noinclude edit.

Accordingly, I wanted to ask if somebody associated with this project could review Category:Teletoon original series, the {{Teletoon}} template and the associated List of Teletoon original series, to ensure that they aren't listing things that don't really belong there. Given that I'm pretty much the only editor of List of Teletoon original series, I'm not particularly pleased with any of this. User:Bearcat, I expect that you will - at the very least - be monitoring the number of shows at Category:Teletoon original series to make sure that it continues to match that in the list. If you are aware of any specific shows that do not belong, feel free to bring these to my attention - at the moment, I do not know of any such shows. Just for clarity's sake, I'm going to review one more time what happened here: first, an editor applied a change to the template which was correct per the WP:TCAT rule, but failed to follow the corollary step of ensuring that the change wasn't depopulating the category in the process. (Three of the articles, in fact, ended up entirely uncategorized by the change, because they didn't have any category declarations on them at all besides the template-transcluded one, so they ended up on the uncategorized articles list and that's how the problem came to my attention in the first place — if that hadn't happened, this whole thing would have sailed right past me.) So I repopulated the category to the best of my ability, but then in turn more than one editor challenged me on whether some shows actually belonged in the category or not. Some just questioned me about it, while others actually hit the revert button on my category edit or made a new edit to remove the category again — so, because I was getting blowback about it, I posted the request here for an outside party with more knowledge than I have about the topic to review the matter. Not, I repeat, because I was taking issue with whether some shows belonged there or not, but because other people were coming back at me to take issue with whether some shows belonged there or not even though I lack the expertise to give them any answer more substantive or definitive than "it's in the template and list".

You're certainly free to be "not particularly pleased" about this, but you should take your issues up with the people who caused the problem rather than attacking me for it all. And by the same token, what I ran was a complete batch of all articles that were transcluding the template, of which I manually skipped exactly none — so if there were any "missed" articles, then they came from one of two issues: a technical error outside of my control which caused the edit not to actually register properly, or one of the several cases where another editor reverted or removed the new category after my edit. So, again, not something that I should have to accept getting attacked or criticized for.

And finally, if you're enough of an expert on Teletoon programming to know what properly belongs or doesn't belong in the category, then you should be the one who monitors the category to ensure that it remains accurate and complete. It's not something that you can or should expect another user to take on for you, nor is it something that I have the necessary expertise in — if you want it done, and you have the expertise required, then you need to do it. User:Bearcat, perhaps a bit of background is in order. I originally added the categorization to the template because vandals repeatedly add the template to articles that shouldn't have it. By comparing the number of articles in the category to the number on the list, I can usually quickly determine when such additions are made. This is what I was referring to with the monitoring issue.

As for the missed articles, you are unfortunately incorrect - you are responsible for your use of every tool on Wikipedia. If there is a bug with a tool, you are responsible for doing something about it, such as informing the developer(s) of the tool.

Finally, I am only aware of one case in which the addition of the category was challenged, and in that case the editor later self-reverted. If there are other cases, then I repeat: feel free to bring these to my attention. Dogmaticeclectic (talk) 10:13, 3 February 2014 (UTC)

Well, on the first point, no matter what your reasons are for artificially transcluding a category via template, WP:TCAT says it's not allowed. (The template being added to pages that shouldn't have it is one of the reasons why that's the case; for example, it becomes impossible to clean up the category properly if somebody uses the template on a sandbox or AFC page.) So I'm sorry you've been inconvenienced, but there are other ways to do what you wanted from that.

And on the second, I can only report a bug that I'm aware of; I am not a magician and cannot psychically divine the existence of a bug after the fact if it wasn't brought to my attention at the time. I offered that as an option only in the sense that it's theoretically possible that any edit on Wikipedia could fail to register on occasion; I am not aware of any individual case in which that did happen. So that leaves me with a responsibility to report...what, exactly? A theoretical problem that might have maybe hit random pages I can't name because I have no way to identify the pages or the problem? Want to guess how long it would take for that bug report to be deemed a piece of non-actionable fluff? Bearcat (talk) 10:29, 3 February 2014 (UTC)

Popular pages tool update

As of January, the popular pages tool has moved from the Toolserver to Wikimedia Tool Labs. The code has changed significantly from the Toolserver version, but users should notice few differences. Please take a moment to look over your project's list for any anomalies, such as pages that you expect to see that are missing or pages that seem to have more views than expected. Note that unlike other tools, this tool aggregates all views from redirects, which means it will typically have higher numbers. (For January 2014 specifically, 35 hours of data is missing from the WMF data, which was approximated from other dates. For most articles, this should yield a more accurate number. However, a few articles, like ones featured on the Main Page, may be off).

Web tools, to replace the ones at tools:~alexz/pop, will become available over the next few weeks at toollabs:popularpages. All of the historical data (back to July 2009 for some projects) has been copied over. The tool to view historical data is currently partially available (assessment data and a few projects may not be available at the moment). The tool to add new projects to the bot's list is also available now (editing the configuration of current projects coming soon). Unlike the previous tool, all changes will be effective immediately. OAuth is used to authenticate users, allowing only regular users to make changes to prevent abuse. A visible history of configuration additions and changes is coming soon. Once tools become fully available, their toolserver versions will redirect to Labs.

My name is Adi Khajuria and I am helping out with Wikimania 2014 in London.

One of our initiatives is to create leaflets to increase the discoverability of various wikimedia projects, and showcase the breadth of activity within wikimedia. Any kind of project can have a physical paper leaflet designed - for free - as a tool to help recruit new contributors. These leaflets will be printed at Wikimania 2014, and the designs can be re-used in the future at other events and locations.

The Powerpuff Girls

Another Wikipedian insists on having the article on The Powerpuff Girls at a higher importance than it needs to be for certain projects, including this one; see this edit: [2] I object to this because this show was a fad. A fad is a show or other material good or such that was very popular for a very brief period, as is the case with The Powerpuff Girls show. The show seems to have been very popular, mostly in the year 2000, but not so much after that. The feature film based on the series, released in 2002, did poorly, thus supporting the fact that this was a fad. Fads deserve to be of lesser importance than those things that have more lasting power, such as shows like SpongeBob SquarePants and Scooby-Doo. Classicalfan626 (talk) 23:35, 27 November 2014 (UTC)

We’d like to invite you to participate in a study that aims to explore how WikiProject members coordinate activities of distributed group members to complete project goals. We are specifically seeking to talk to people who have been active in at least one WikiProject in their time in Wikipedia. Compensation will be provided to each participant in the form of a $10 Amazon gift card.

The purpose of this study is to better understanding the coordination practices of Wikipedians active within WikiProjects, and to explore the potential for tool-mediated coordination to improve those practices. Interviews will be semi-structured, and should last between 45-60 minutes. If you decide to participate, we will schedule an appointment for the online chat session. During the appointment you will be asked some basic questions about your experience interacting in WikiProjects, how that process has worked for you in the past and what ideas you might have to improve the future.

You must be over 18 years old, speak English, and you must currently be or have been at one time an active member of a WikiProject. The interview can be conducted over an audio chatting channel such as Skype or Google Hangouts, or via an instant messaging client. Ira B. Woods / Buck Woods

Where the article credits "Ira Woods" as a voice actor, I have a strong suspicion that it should be Ira B. Woods, actually, who generally went by the name Buck Woods. An African American actor and singer originally from Texas, Wood worked in at least 30 films, often without credit. One of his most notable credits was singing the song "I'll Be Glad When You're Dead You Rascal You" in the 1942 film "Reunion in France." Anyway, I'd love it if someone can clear this up and correct the credit if possible. I'm researching Buck Wood right now but there's not much online aside from IMDB, see The song "I'll Be Glad When You're Dead You Rascal You" was written by Sam Theard and featured in a Betty Boop cartoon in which Louis Armstrong also appears in performance, Thanks. Misuse of terms such as "CGI" "computer graphic imagery" and "traditional".

It has come to my attention that wikipedia has a lot of articles referring to digitally created 2D animation as "traditional animation" or "traditional art" and referring to "CGI" only when it comes to 3D animation. Even methods such as flash and ToonBoom don't appear to be referred to as CGI, but at the least they aren't being called traditional either(though pages like Flash Animation are still using "traditional" wrong).

The use of things such as digital ink is literally creating imagery on a computer, and even most "analog art"/actual traditional art is still most likely animated on a computer these days, making the animation not traditional. It is primarily for this reason that I propose that this inaccuracy be rectified. Mattwo7 (talk) 02:47, 19 June 2015 (UTC)

Copyright Violation Detection - EranBot Project

A new copy-paste detection bot is now in general use on English Wikipedia. Come check it out at the EranBot reporting page. Okefenokee Swamp and Roger Rabbit?

The article Okefenokee Swamp references a 1947 Roger Rabbit cartoon called "The Wet Nurse". Is this an actual 1947 cartoon, or is this a cartoon within the Who Framed Roger Rabbit universe? Based on Who Censored Roger Rabbit?, it looks like Roger Rabbit didn't exist before 1981, but I don't know animation history at all.  SchreiberBike | ⌨  02:06, 8 October 2015 (UTC)

voice credit contradiction

the wikipage on Patrick Warburton lists among his voice credits, the title role in the FOX animated tv series, "The Tick." however, if you follow the internal link on that page to the wikipage for "The Tick," there you will find that Townsend Coleman is listed as the one and only voice actor for the title role in that show. i do not know which of these two gentlemen was in fact the voice actor for the title role in "The Tick" (i believe it was Townsend Coleman), but i DO know for CERTAIN that both wikipages CANNOT be correct. someone who knows for sure needs to correct one of these two pages so that they no longer contradict one another. Cast images in the middle of prose

What's with tables of images of cast members? For example The Simpsons, Family Guy, SpongeBob SquarePants. This breaks up the prose and repeats information already in the prose. What's the encyclopedic value of a gallery of headshots of the voice actors? They interrupt the prose and should be removed. Bright☀ 19:25, 7 April 2017 (UTC)

Remove hatnote about film's game and soundtrack

Animation film article in wikipedia tend to have hatnote about it's game and soundtrack; live-action film doesn't have it. I have tried to remove it, but they argued that "some percentage of people might come here seeking the game". Ruff and Reddy broadcast schedule

The main article on Ruff and Reddy states that the short (about 4 min) episodes of Ruff and Reddy were used to open and close a 30-min TV show. (What was the name of the show? What was the other content?)

However, the list of episodes (and this is true on IMDB too) shows that sets of THREE episodes were shown on each broadcast date given.
