Both I and Keivan worked together on the article and its entire GA process. CommunityNotesContributor checked the article so I feel the easiest thing would be for this editor to follow-through. I can't do it without repeating everything from scratch (as I would have to do with, for example, an abandoned GA review or DYK review) and I don't feel that's a worthwhile use of volunteer time.
