Couple of points
Let them know that we appreciate their contributions to the project and that our intent is only to help them in becoming an even better contributor. I'd like to suggest "Let them know that their contributions to the project are appreciated and that the intent in engaging with them is to help them to become an even better editor".
"However, keep in mind that our assessment of the situation may be impaired by our own bias, first native language, culture or Wikipedia experiences."
Dealing with feedback from others section: Wouldn't it be better to use the "You" pronoun since that is the section intended for people who have been linked to the essay?
Other than that, it works for me. Hasteur (talk) 19:59, 19 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
