An excellent candidate

I have worked closely with GeneralNotability for several years and have only good things to say about him. As an arbitration clerk, as an SPI clerk and now as a CheckUser, as a mentor to a number of Wikipedians over several years, and as a friend, GeneralNotability has constantly demonstrated competence, dedication, and empathy.
