Welcome to the WikiProject Miró! This project aims at creating or improving articles about Joan Miró, aspiring to increase the knowledge (and its quality!) about the artist and his oeuvre that is available in Wikipedia. The project is pumped mainly by Catalan Wikimedians but they are looking forward to welcoming contributions in other languages.
This wikiproject took off in 2011, when Amical Wikimedia and Fundació Joan Miró joined efforts so as to obtain Wikipedia articles in multiple languages about the most remarkable artworks displayed at the exhibition Joan Miró: The Ladder of Escape. Further info here.
Currently, Fundació Joan Miró and Amical Wikimedia have made a step forward and have started a new wikiproject, which still aims at providing society with good quality knowledge about Joan Miró and his oeuvre. If you are willing to take part, please leave a comment at the project talk page.
