Welcome to WikiProject Korea, a WikiProject dedicated to creating, improving and organizing all articles related to Korea. All editors are welcome to join and to participate.

How you can help

Join and promote the project

• Add yourself to the participant list, and add the project userbox to your user page to help promote the project.
• Add the project's talk page to your watchlist. Monitor the discussion there, and ask questions if you need help.
• Join a working group on a topic that interests you, and collaborate with other editors.
• Invite people to the project. Post a welcome template on user talk pages of editors working on Korea topics who aren't project members.

Contribute to the project

• Ensure all Korea articles follow Wikipedia's Policies and Guidelines, including that articles are neutral, verifiable, and contain no original research.
• Create a new article. Check out the list of new articles that need to be created.
• Translate articles from Korea Wikipedia to English.
• Expand stub-class articles.
• Add references to articles. Biographies of living persons lacking sources are a particular priority.
• Add images to articles. See the list of requested images.
• Ensure articles follow Korean naming conventions. Add Revised Romanization and/or McCune–Reischauer romanization to articles.
• Assess Korea articles of unknown importance and unknown class, using the criteria at WikiProject Korea/Assessment.
• Provide input on pages nominated for deletion.
• Monitor article alerts and contribute to discussions.
