Suspected sockpuppets[edit]


Same editing patterns as two of the blocked socks, user:San Pietersen and user:Suhas Rane. Seems to be promoting "livingfoodz.com", a paid editor? Many small additions to Indian food articles; there's always a sentence or two sourced to some book on books.google.co.in, followed by another sentence or two, usually listing ingredients, always sourced to livingfoodz.com. I don't actually see behavioral similarity to the master, Nitinule, nor to the other sock, user:Gurukulpratishthan, but it looks like they were checkuser confirmed here: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Jorjman/Archive#27 December 2018. Aadarsh Gandhi had been editing earlier about investing and other topics, with numerous warnings for promotional editing. Then around July 2018, the livingfoodz.com edits started, the San Pietersen and Suhas Rane accounts were created and started making the same edits, and Mann1210, who seems to have been a sleeper since the one edit in 2014, also joined in.   • They're on a group of very busy ranges (big surprise), so I can't definitively connect them to any other accounts - though I did come across a few other obvious spam-only accounts and blocked them. These two are  Confirmed to each other and to previous socks via the CU log.  Blocked and tagged Closing. ST47 (talk) 03:40, 1 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
