Delete I can't find any Wikipedia policy/guideline regarding redirects from typos. In the absence of such a policy, I think such redirects are pointless. I'd support keeping redirects from common misspellings (like tyrany, for instance), but this type of reduplication "typo" can literally be applied to any page. - WP:RPURPOSE mentions misspellings. WP:R#CRD is broader but definitely applicable. Yes, it could be applied to any page but it stands to reason that the more popular an article is, the more helpful such a redirect will be. Wikipedia receives a lot of pageviews. This mention may or may not remain in the article, but even if it does, it's too minor to be worth having redirects for. Delete WP:RED I don't think the current target is appropriate, as deportations are a greater topic than the Mexican explusion. There were a massive wave of deportations in Canada [1] unrelated to the U.S. deportation of Mexicans covered at the target.
