TQB2[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was delete. For what it's worth, it was originally created as a redirect to The Quiz Book 2. -- Tavix (talk) 17:28, 3 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Too vague, as far as I can tell this does not refer to the target. Most of the results when I searched for this are about the stock symbol for ImmunoPrecise Antibodies, which we don't have an article about, the rest are about some various obscure products. - CHAMPION (talk) (contributions) (logs) 23:06, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom. This is a vaguely plausible typo for TOB2, but I think deletion is the better option here. -- Notecardforfree (talk) 14:28, 27 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nom. I can't figure out if it is an acronym for something or a product number. Either way, it's not showing up in search. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 00:16, 28 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The main contributor to the article to which this page points removed all mention of FUSIA from the article. This editor has admitted to being a personal friend of the creator of this show and after much badgering admitted a WP:COI. The article for the creator of the show has been deleted as being non notable. I am now cleaning up after this COI editor and others from his organisation notably the creator of this redirect. Domdeparis (talk) 15:10, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete I originally removed the R3 tag from the page, as it has been created 9 years ago, however this does not appear to be a plausible redirect. RickinBaltimore (talk) 15:56, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete other than some random pictures in Commons, I don't see this group in news articles or general searches? If it didn't have the periods, Fusia could be redirected to Fuchsia (disambiguation) as a misspelling. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 17:16, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Czech speak[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.

Redirect made years ago by reversing some weird unilateral page moving with the edit summary "defrenchising". [1] 0 incoming links and a rather unlikely search term seeing as "speak" isn't even a noun. – filelakeshoe (t / c) 23:35, 18 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Speak can be a noun, see wikt:speak#Noun. Using definition one, "Czech speak" would be language, jargon, or terminology used uniquely among Czechs. -- Tavix (talk) 23:45, 18 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
    OK, but I don't think the Czech language counts as a jargon or sociolect. – filelakeshoe (t / c) 06:19, 19 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nom as misleading: I'd expect such a redirect to take me to content about the peculiarities of the way the Czech generally speak (in English or irrespective of language), or – more likely – somewhere humorous (in the vein of [WP:WikiSpeak|Wikispeak]]). This redirect owes its existence only to a [bizarre move, which got promptly reverted. – Uanfala 23:23, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, Anarchyte (work | talk) 08:00, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Not mentioned in the target. No other known target when searching for this individual elsewhere. Info from Monstercat Wikia is also unhelpful. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk • contribs) 02:13, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom, no mention in target article and an unlikely search term. – filelakeshoe (t / c) 11:05, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
