I declined a WP:G4 on this as it was a redirect to an article and the AfD was about a full article for Horowitz. I can't, however, rationalize Horowitz redirecting to the main article for Westwood One. He works as an anchor on one of their programming blocks, but doesn't seem to be an exceptionally well known face. There is no content about him at the main article to really show that this redirect would be in the least bit helpful. A search for sources about him in relation to WO doesn't bring up anything that would show that he would really merit a mention on the article for the company.
