File:The official logo of Pondicherry Tourism .jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Varun swm (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This is not a logo for an entity called "Tourism in Pondicherry", and there is no entity called "Tourism in Pondicherry" from which you can obtain a copy of this logo. Fails WP:NFCC#10c as the FUR is wrong and WP:NFCC#10a as there is no source. Also appears to fail WP:NFCC#8 in Tourism in Puducherry. Stefan2 (talk) 16:33, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Violation of WP:NFCC#3a: we only need one non-free file in the article. One of them should go away. --Stefan2 (talk) 16:42, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Fails WP:NFCC#8: seemingly random screenshot, not discussed critically. Stefan2 (talk) 16:45, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

File:Paypal Mafia on Fortune Magazine.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Fresheneesz (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

File seems to fail WP:NFCC#8 with its current placement. Also, the file seems unnecessary since a section on the article PayPal Mafia covers each of the subjects individually, and sufficiently covers the subjects in the image by text alone. Steel1943 (talk) 23:40, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

While the people part of the PayPal Mafia are listed, they aren't pictured on that page. The picture makes it immediately clear how large a group it is, as well as what they look like, and how common the term is (common enough to be put on the front of a prominent magazine). Most of these things are technically findable if a user spends 30 minutes reading the entire article and then going to each of the articles of each of the members, but a 10 second glance at the picture is a much more effective way to get across all that information. Any picture can be described with text, but it often takes a 1000 words, as the saying goes. Fresheneesz (talk) 00:23, 16 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
