Key Bridge (Washington, D.C.)

I see you have twice removed the "confused" hatnote for "Key Bridge (Washington, D.C.)" and justified it with WP:NOTAMB. The past few days we have gotten enough edits by people confusing it with the one in Baltimore that the page is protected. Two bridges with the same name within 40 miles of each other is ambiguous.
