International Water Management Institute[edit]

Hi! Thanks for trying to help out with cross-linking to the International Water Management Institute, but I wanted to give you a quick bit of feedback and explanation:

First generally we link to other Wikipedia articles on the site by just using double brackets around the name of the article, which is different than the single brackets like external links. It looks like this [[International Water Management Institute]].

Second, adding an external link to IWMI in every related article when when there is a Wikipedia article to link to is inappropriate according to our guidelines. We try to be very conservative with the amount of external links in articles most of the time, so if there's an internal link (i.e to another article here) that we can use instead, that is better. Since the CGIAR centers navigation box at the bottom of the articles has an internal link to all the centers in it, that is sufficient.

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
