- I'm not an administrator, so I can't ban (or block) anyone. The disruption you noticed at Mary Costa is usually dealt with by watchers of that page, and that seems to be the case here. Persistently disruptive editing is often detected by an administrator who will then take appropriate action, most likely a protection of some sort. The proper venue to raise your concerns is either WP:ANI or Wikipedia:Requests for page protection.
