In a recent edit to the page South African Marine Predator Lab, you changed one or more words from one international variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.

For subjects exclusively related to Britain (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to other English-speaking countries, such as Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, use the appropriate variety of English used there. If it is an international topic, use the same form of English the original author used.

In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to the other, even if you don't normally use the version the article is written in. Thanks for uploading File:JadeAlexisWiki2.JPG, which you've sourced to Uploader claims both "own work" and "received permission", appears to have been downloaded from [1]. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

To follow up on your comment here, just having permission from the photographer to use the image on Wikipedia is not adequate for the image to be used. Two things need to happen:

The author needs to release the image using a free use license, which means that anyone can use the image for any purpose (including financial gain) as long as they credit the photographer.
The author's release of the image needs to be documented, usually by having them send their permission to the location shown here and documenting the OTRS ticket number on the image page.
