Copylink vio[edit]

You reinstated an apparent WP:COPYLINK violation that I removed in N. Ahmed. Copylinks are a contributory copyright violation. The article is an IEEE publication and the doi link in the reference shows that IEEE is still selling the article. WP:COPYVIOs can get editors blocked. Glrx (talk) 03:36, 27 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
