I noticed you copied text from our French article in between your edits on the article; I checked there first to make sure this wasn't you accidentally translating in copyvio. These are, at best, an example of close paraphrasing. Spanning back to 2007, you were warned at least 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 times before you were blocked for copyright violations in July 2016. Between the block, you edited as User:Bullaful and User:Rogr101, and through the suspicions of Flyer22 these socking issues were brought to AN where those accounts were blocked and the community seemed uninterested in your attempt to be unblocked. You were unblocked by Diannaa after your answers satisfied her that you would no longer violate copyright. However, since then, there have been 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 warnings.

But wait, no- just as I was finishing writing this, I see you created Nada Boustani Khouri- which is a borderline G12 of https://www.energyreviewmena.com/news-interviews/item/276-lebanon-welcomes-new-minister-of-energy. Seriously?

This is not acceptable, especially for someone with 66,000+ edits. Sorry- I have no choice but to indefinitely block you, and open a contributor copyright investigation where your edits will be systemically viewed for copyright violations.
