Oasis 75 million worldwide sales[edit]

Hi as a music fan of theirs I have followed their career closely. They must have passed 75million worldwide sales or they must be on the very edge of that mark !, Can you look this up and let me know where they are please ?. Thank you 178.167.176.76 (talk) 16:45, 6 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Can you help me out with this please ?.

Kind Regards — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.233.28.228 (talk) 14:37, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Their worldwide record sales stand at 90 million per these sources.[1][2] They have amassed ~40 million certified units in the UK, 7.65 million in the United States and, as of 2014, 13 million across Europe. Let me know if you'd like their certified sales in more individual countries. Cheers. Everm4e (talk) 13:57, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi I would like you to add them to the Wikipedia page the List of best-selling music artists please ?. I cannot do it as the page is locked. Can you add them to the 90 million sales bracket then please. They should be in there. Why have they not been added to that page please ?. You need sales of 75 million to make that page and you say they have passed the threshold according to your stats. Not sure either considering they more than meet the criteria. I will make a request on your behalf. Everm4e (talk) 20:54, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Make a request on my behalf ?. Why can't you add them to the list if you have the relevant information please ?. Kind Regards — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.251.157.54 (talk) 17:08, 21 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi are Oasis going to be added to the list of sales please ? Kind Regards — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.251.139.21 (talk) 17:48, 23 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have made the request at Talk:List of best-selling music artists. Everm4e (talk) 21:28, 23 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

In those sources you have linked it only mentions sales of more than 70 million where did you get the 90 million figure from please ?. There is no mention of 90 in these articles. Cheers — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.251.133.76 (talk) 19:28, 24 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It appears that the Oasis (band) page, where I took them from, erroneously cited these two sources for the claim that they've exceeded 90 million record sales. I am currently unable to find a source for a larger figure than that of 70 million, but if you do, you can link it below and I'll open up another discussion. Everm4e (talk) 20:23, 24 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I think they have sold at least 75 million worldwide. You have the worldwide certs available would that back up the 75 million worldwide sales please ?. If so can you add them to the list please ?. Kind Regards

Can you add them to the list of artists that have sold 75 million please ?. i am sure the figures back up this claim ok ?. Kind Regards — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.233.126.173 (talk) 12:05, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi what kind of link do you need 75 million has been quoted in many articles ?. Kind Regards — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.167.146.235 (talk) 20:52, 4 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Visa requirements for Kosovar citizens[edit]

Hello! Can you check Spain for the list of visa-exempt countries? According to the Global Passport Index and the Wiki page: ,, Visa policy of Schengen area” Spain is not mentioned that Kosovar citizens need visa to Spain. Thank you for reply. Happy New Year! Fridrik2222 (talk) 17:35, 1 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Spain is the only country in the EU/Schengen zone to not recognise the Kosovo passport as a valid travel document, therefore Schengen visa liberalisation for Kosovo does not apply to it. Not sure if there's any new developments on this or whether attempts to visit Spain have been made since the restrictions were lifted today.
Radio Free Europe reported that Kosovar nationals will not be able to visit it for the above reason, despite the liberalisation coming into effect. Happy new year to you too! Everm4e (talk) 19:25, 1 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Update: Spain has now recognised the Kosovo passport, therefore citizens of Kosovo do not require visas to visit the country.
