Hi, thanks for message. Please add your messages to the bottom of the talk page, or they may be overlooked. Not quite unilateral, the following is part of Jytdog's comment when he nominated it for deletion after extensively editing it to try to clean it up. The article This is an advertisement for this product. I actually did the work of analyzing this section by section, trimming everything that wasn't reliably sourced per MEDRS or RS, and was left with this. I searched pubmed and there are no reviews on this. Some misguided students put work in, following the very bad beginning that was laid down, but this is not a Wikipedia article about an early stage medical device that is still in development. It is hype and marketing as though this were an actual medical product of RenovaCare... (redacted for now)... I have also nominated the company article for speedy. The article when you last edited was clearly promotional, with unsourced claims, a media section (!) and generally promotional tone. Conflict of interest in Wikipedia

Hi Erielhonan. I work on conflict of interest issues here in Wikipedia, along with my regular editing, which is mostly about health and medicine. Your edits with regard to the SkinGun, its inventors, and RenovaCare have been promotional. I'm giving you notice of our Conflict of Interest guideline and Terms of Use, and will have some comments and requests for you below.

Hello, Erielhonan. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. Comments and requests

Wikipedia is a widely-used reference work and managing conflict of interest is essential for ensuring the integrity of Wikipedia and retaining the public's trust in it. As in academia, COI is managed here in two steps - disclosure and a form of peer review. Please note that there is no bar to being part of the Wikipedia community if you want to be involved in articles where you have a conflict of interest; there are just some things we ask you to do (and if you are paid, some things you need to do).

Disclosure is the most important, and first, step. While I am not asking you to disclose your identity (anonymity is strictly protecting by our WP:OUTING policy) would you please disclose if you have some connection with SkinGun, its inventors, their institutions, or RenovaCare, directly or through a third party (e.g. a PR agency or the like)? You can answer how ever you wish (giving personally identifying information or not), but if there is a connection, please disclose it. After you respond (and you can just reply below), I can walk you through how the "peer review" part happens and then, if you like, I can provide you with some more general orientation as to how this place works. Both Jytdog, who has extensive experience with medical articles, and I, as an experienced admin do not consider that the article as it stood after your last edit comes anywhere close to meeting our guidelines, but you clearly do not accept that. Here are some suggestions for moving things forward.

• First and foremost, you must reply to the COI query before making any other edits, and if you have a COI you should accept the help Jytdog is offering
• Once that is resolved, if you wish to continue, you have a sandboxed version here which you could improve before it is moved back to mainspace
• You may not have seen Jytdog's extensive edits to the article prior to its deletion. I could sandbox his heavily truncated version of 08:50, October 18, 2017 for you. That would enable you to see his very helpful edit summaries which might make the issues clearer.
• I see that the history is plagued by edits from multiple single-purpose accounts and ISPs. If the article ever does see the light of day again, I'll semi-protect it to keep the obvious socks at bay

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
