Your rejection of Kunitama[edit]

I am quite confused about your rejection of the draft Kunitama. It has 4 sources[1][2][3][4] that definitely count as

of which the bulk of the article cites from

And a few for specific claims related to local Kunitama.

And it is quite radically improved over the previous rejection which only had two sources[1][3].

How did it not fit these criteria? Immanuelle ❤️💚💙 (talk to the cutest Wikipedian) 03:52, 8 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Immanuelle, I didn't come across significant coverage in the source you provided. The first source only had a brief paragraph about the topic, and I haven't found a source that delves into this topic in depth yet. If my explanation isn't meeting your needs, you might want to consider seeking advice from other reviewers at WP:AFC/H or WT:AFC. – DreamRimmer (talk) 04:18, 8 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@DreamRimmer, while I agree that the first source is not in-depth, it is an encyclopedia article. Having an entry in an encyclopedia is an extremely strong indicator of notability. Indeed there are many people who believe that wikipedia should have an article on every topic that is covered by another encyclopedia. -- asilvering (talk) 12:29, 8 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

User:DreamRimmer Thank your very much for your action and changes in Thakur Hari Singh. I also request you to Please change the Ravana Rajputs article which contains some bad words like concubines and salves. There is not any concubines word in any refference of Ravana Rajputs. The refference in Ravana Rajputs were Colonial Era but during that time there were many people like Thakur Hari Singh and Dalpat Singh (soldier) who played main role in Rajasthan History. Please add notable people list in Ravana Rajputs which was removed by User:Fancy vibēs. Thank you❤🙏🙏🙏 2409:408D:1E8C:C068:9A10:6140:9F37:E3FF (talk) 16:16, 11 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I'm not well-versed in these topics, but I've been keeping an eye on this LTA for some time. They consistently attempt to insert incorrect and misleading information into articles about Indian castes, dynasties, Turkish dynasties, and Muslim dynasties and tribes. I'll continue watching these articles. Unfortunately, I don't have enough information about the page you mentioned, so if you think the last stable version was different, you can ask other experienced users on its talk page for help. – DreamRimmer (talk) 04:53, 12 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@DreamRimmer I saw your note on Draft:Bhati (clan) - is any of this the same incorrect or misleading info? Or have you not checked it yet and just wanted to flag it as a possible concern? -- asilvering (talk) 19:37, 19 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@Asilvering, recently, some LTAs have been consistently injecting a Gurjar perspective into articles about Indian and Muslim dynasties. Unfortunately, these LTAs have created several hoax articles about Gurjar clans by directly copying names and content from legitimate dynasties and clans. This specific article follows a the similar pattern, relying on the works of Gurjar writer Javaid Rahi as its sources. Please see Bhati, Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Bensebgli, Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Anujror and Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Anuj Choudhary RorDreamRimmer (talk) 07:02, 20 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi, can you specific what the bug it is? Thanks a lot for testing my script. -Lemonaka‎ 08:03, 15 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hello @Lemonaka, I apologize for the delayed response as I completely forgot about this message. Firstly, thank you for the amazing script. The issue I encountered was when I used it to report a user. Initially, I chose TPA and then opted not to leave a warning on their talk, but the script left my signature on their talk page. – DreamRimmer (talk) 12:51, 16 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@DreamRimmer Done, fixed. Due to some nasty reasons from functionaries, I'm banned from ANI, will you test it again if possible? -Lemonaka‎ 14:10, 16 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

About Santadas Kathiababa article[edit]

Namaste 🙏 There is a Wikipedia article on Santadas Kathiababa but a Google search does not find the Wikipedia article. Work on improving this article bro. Santadas Kathiababa was a spiritual teacher, cleric and philosopher of the Nimbark community in India. Brother I request your help to improve the article. You correct and refine this article Killz Gough (talk) 06:46, 21 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Killz Gough, The page you're referring to hasn't been reviewed yet, which is why it isn't indexing in Google or any other search engine's results. Articles that haven't been reviewed aren't indexed by search engines for 90 days. After this period, the article remains in the NPP queue, but search engines can start indexing it. – DreamRimmer (talk) 11:33, 21 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Your GA nomination of Lore Maria Peschel-Gutzeit[edit]

The article Lore Maria Peschel-Gutzeit you nominated as a good article has been placed on hold . The article is close to meeting the good article criteria, but there are some minor changes or clarifications needing to be addressed. If these are fixed within 7 days, the article will pass; otherwise it may fail. See Talk:Lore Maria Peschel-Gutzeit and Talk:Lore Maria Peschel-Gutzeit/GA1 for issues which need to be addressed. Your GA nomination of Lore Maria Peschel-Gutzeit[edit]

The article Lore Maria Peschel-Gutzeit you nominated as a good article has passed ; see Talk:Lore Maria Peschel-Gutzeit for comments about the article, and Talk:Lore Maria Peschel-Gutzeit/GA1 for the nomination. Well done! If the article has never appeared on the Main Page as a "Did you know" item, and has not appeared within the last year either as "Today's featured article", or as a bold link under "In the news" or in the "On this day" prose section, you can nominate it within the next seven days to appear at DYK. Autopatrolled granted[edit]

Hi DreamRimmer, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the autopatrolled user right to your account. This means that pages you create will automatically be marked as 'reviewed', and no longer appear in the new pages feed. Autopatrolled is assigned to prolific creators of articles, where those articles do not require further review, and may have been requested on your behalf by someone else. It doesn't affect how you edit; it is used only to manage the workload of new page patrollers.

Since the articles you create will no longer be systematically reviewed by other editors, it is important that you maintain the high standard you have achieved so far in all your future creations. Please also try to remember to add relevant WikiProject templates, stub tags, categories, and incoming links to them, if you aren't already in the habit; user scripts such as Rater and StubSorter can help with this. As you have already shown that you have a strong grasp of Wikipedia's core content policies, you might also consider volunteering to become a new page patroller yourself, helping to uphold the project's standards and encourage other good faith article writers.

Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 21:45, 27 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:55, 28 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Calleigh Duquesne[edit]

Hi. I noticed you posted a copyright violation tag on the article Calleigh Duquesne earlier today. However, I think the copyright violation went the other way. The website with the very similar content was created sometime during July 2007, with content that had been already on Wikipedia for a while at that point. Tvx1 23:50, 28 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Tvx1, I couldn't find information on whether Wikipedia or the website published the content first. That's why I added a tag, as cases without clear copyright licensing information and publishing dates should be treated as possible copyright violation. I wasn't certain about the violation, so I just tagged it with a non-free tag. In cases where I am sure, I follow the cleanup-revdel or G12 processes. An AfDed article should be marked as reviewed to remove it from the NPP queue. I was unsure, so I only tagged it, thinking someone with more information could take appropriate action. By the way, how do you know that the content was first posted on Wikipedia and later on that site in July 2007? – DreamRimmer (talk) 01:54, 29 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Is not that difficult to find a tool to check a website’s age. Using one I found that the website was created during July 2007 and the edit history of our article already shows the disputed content by May of that year. Tvx1 12:21, 29 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
In my opinion, relying on information from random websites might not be the best idea. – DreamRimmer (talk) 12:48, 29 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
