Note 2: When it is April fool's day, DO NOT TROUT ME as an April Fool's joke. In the past I had a trout button which I removed due to persistent abuse of it. If you trout me on April Fool's Day I will revert you and ask that you do not do it again.
Note 3: Any comments here regarding a vandal or from a blocked user that I was WP:AGF will be archived once i ensure there is nothing left to say per WP:DENY.
Note 4: If I remove your comment and you add it back, I will revert you and warn you for doing so. If you do it again after that then I will report you for harassment. This crap has gone on for way too long and I've become less and less tolerant of it. Removing comments from my own talk page is perfectly allowable per WP:OWNTALK.
Note 5: If you are blocked for any valid reason and you attempt to communicate with me on Discord, I will immediately block you on that platform as I will not communicate with any user who has been blocked for any valid reason unless it is to attempt to help with an unblock.

Recent changes
- The RealMe extension allows you to mark URLs on your user page as verified for Mastodon and similar software.
Citation and footnote editing can now be started from the reference list when using the visual editor. This feature request was voted #2 in the 2023 Community Wishlist Survey. [1]- Previously, clicking on someone else's link to Recent Changes with filters applied within the URL could unintentionally change your preference for "Group results by page". Changes later this week
The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 6 June. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 7 June. It will be on all wikis from 8 June (calendar).- Bots will no longer be prevented from making edits because of URLs that match the spam blacklist. [4]

- (stalking) @Alpatriot: Images cannot be used directly from external sites though sometimes a link using {{external media}} may be appropriate. If released under a suitable license (e.g. CC-BY-SA or CC0) they can be uploaded to Commons either directly or through a crosswiki upload from here, at which point they may be used like any other file; see WP:HTUAP for details. If they do not have a compatible license they cannot generally be used. NFC images may be hosted here under limited circumstances, but doing so is quite complicated and I advise against that until you are more experienced.
