Azeri election article

I've fixed it for you on the article. The problem was that you had left some broken links in it (you used "]" rather than "]]" in several places, including [[Whole Azerbaijan Popular Front Party|AXC] and [[Sabir Rustamkhanli]). When infoboxes have broken links in them, they display as above.

Meta templates

Just to let you know, you do not need to link or add colours to all parties. If (for example) {{Cook Islands Party/meta/shortname}} and {{Cook Islands Party/meta/color}} both exist, you can just enter the name "Cook Islands Party" in the party section and it automatically creates a shortened link and colour. See this edit, which removes them. Also, you got the colour for the Democratic Party wrong! Number 57 16:15, 15 June 2020 (UTC)

Also, you can create new meta templates if the parties you're trying to add to infoboxes don't have them. However, this is only advisable if a party contested multiple elections, as otherwise it's just a bit of a waste of time. Cheers, Number 57 16:37, 15 June 2020 (UTC)

Infoboxes

Thanks for all your work on this. Just a couple of other tips:

• For two-round presidential elections, there is general agreement that only the second round result should be shown (see e.g. 2017 French presidential election). You might find a few articles where that has been ignored, so feel free to fix them.
• {{Infobox legislative election}} is a relatively new infobox, which was developed as the old {{Infobox election}} wasn't good at handling multi-party parliamentary elections. Some articles have the old infobox because it was the only one available at the time, so if you are adding infoboxes to a series of articles that don't have them, you're also welcome to convert the original infoboxes to the newer style to maintain consistency throughout the article series.

Another tip – if you're struggling to find the leaders of parties from past elections, electionguide.org often has many of them (their database goes back to 1998). Yes, the list of the individual districts do have the images. But that single congressional district you cite as an example has only 24 members, whereas List of United States Representatives from Texas has 283, List of United States Representatives from California has 381, and List of United States Representatives from New York has 1,458. Instead of 1866 and 1867 United States House of Representatives elections#Idaho Territory, it should be 1866 United States House of Representatives election in Idaho Territory. Walsall local election results

Hi, I saw that you submitted the overall results table on 2021 Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council election. Do you have a source for those figures for total votes/percentage changes (which I think are all changes since 2016), or did you calculate them yourself? I can't find them listed on Walsall Council's website. (I'm also not sure if figures on turnout percentage, spoiled ballots, etc are available anywhere.)

I noticed that the figures for the total seats changes in your table are different from those on the council results page:

• Council page [1] says CON 37 (+5)
• Your table says CON 32 (+5)

I would add that walsall.gov.uk page as a reference for the table - except that it only includes the seat numbers, so can't be used as a source for the percentage changes. Do you know of a source that covers all the figures in the table? --Nick R^Talk 12:46, 9 May 2021 (UTC)

@Nick R: Hi, I noticed on other pages that they were comparing the results to 2019, so that's what I did. As for the CON 32, that was my mistake; I was typing the figures in excel, and copied over the before seats rather than after. Parish council elections

Just an FYI (mostly to potentially stop you wasting your time), as far as I recall, every time a parish council election article has gone to AfD, it has resulted in deletion. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. I am happy to update the local elections for the articles as I have been for the past 2 years. However, I can assure you I am not the Andrew Teale who owns the website. Mr Teale runs the Local Elections Archive Project, an essential tool given that most of the original returns are difficult if not impossible to find on council websites.
