Article edited : Team effectiveness

Does other information provide needed context?[edit]

Because of the nature of the groups and teams, related articles tends to give a little description of the topic because of their similarities (i.e. group/team values and attributes). However the effectiveness of a team (or group) needs to be discussed in its own light just as how team building and group cohesiveness need to be discussed in there own article because it discusses the results of a team after construction and instruction

Do related topics provide needed context?[edit]

The wiki article Team provides a brief and non-reputably sourced description of team effectiveness but the topic deserves to be explained in a more defined context such as its own article

What sourcing is available now?[edit]

Not much is imprinted in textbooks about team effectiveness but there is a lot of information in the academic journals[1][2][3]
