My name is wheresmysocks (aka Kendrick Erickson). I recently graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a degree in computer science. I currently work at the U for the College of Liberal Arts, Student Services as an application developer as well as maintaining a few jobs on the side for various individuals, including Ancient Imports.

I've done this online volunteer thing a few times before. The first was when GeoCities still had a Community Leader program. After that fiasco, I started editing at the Open Directory Project where I eventually became an editall. I was a perennial nominee for the 'Oddest Nickname' award. I no longer edit there, as I've asked for complete removal of my account. Today, I'm mostly working or attending class, but I've found myself editing Wikipedia articles more and more often.

I occasionally tinker with scripts and programs (including my own installation of MediaWiki), and it's evolved into a paying hobby. Probably the biggest collection of scripts would be the weather page. Way back when, I wrote a freeware program called RGBhex. When I'm not monkeying around with Wikipedia or other computer related projects, I'm generally at the Xcel Energy Center watching a Minnesota Wild hockey game as a season ticket holder, listening to other NHL games over XM Satellite Radio, or watching them on Center Ice. I also have a small metal sign collection.[1]

You can find more about me at wheresmysocks.net or kendrickerickson.com.

I tend to float around editing what seems interesting at the moment. Generally I find threads between articles that I move along and add what things I can. Below is just a bunch of stuff I want to do in the future.
