PLACEHOLDER: This section needs updating since I desire to encourage new editors to learn Wikipedia and find their place on here without leaving due to head-butting with the community or causing issues, especially since I consider Wikipedia a valuable asset regardless of my previous experiences, but not sure how to word it ... editor retention is very important ... yeah, I'm someone who has had a few issues but keeps coming back to try to work on things ... not sure how to word that in an encouraging light ...

My primary fields of policy knowledge are with WP:DAB and MOS:ORDER ... you may not know more than me ...
WP:RFA needs some serious reform, but since Wikipedia has been blessed by a community of editors of diverse backgrounds and differing stances, successful reform never happens...
Over the years, my threshold of patience for unprovoked personal attacks against me has grown exponentially. The threshold higher than it used to be ... but if it gets crossed, I will not be afraid to say some things to stick up for myself (and maybe others) and put the other party in their place. A bear can only be poked so much before it snaps ...
