About me

As of 2022 I haven't been very active on Wikipedia for a few years now. It no longer feels like the exciting place for an editor/administrator that it once was. However, my enthusiasm for the project has waxed and waned several times before, so I may yet return. I still keep an eye on my watchlist and make the occasional edit. I also try to respond quickly to any comments on my talk page.

Some of my article contributions are listed here. My commitment to Wikipedia as an administrator is here.

About Wikipedia

The English Wikipedia has 122,836 active editors, out of 47,301,373 accounts that have been registered. Countless people have edited without using an account. There are 861 administrators, of whom fewer than 500 are active as of early 2022. Together the community has made 1,215,810,862 edits to 60,520,147 pages, of which just 6,816,205 are articles – so a lot goes on behind the scenes.

When I started editing here I looked like the guy on the right.

Here we are ten years later.
