Hi there! The peer review is a general assessment to indicate things that can be done to improve the article, it doesn't have any sort of grading. The article's current B grade is from the WP:SCO project which is independent of the peer review, you need to add the article to the list at Wikipedia:WikiProject Scotland/Assessment#Requesting an assessment to see if it will be upgraded.
