  • I like adding defaultsorts to categorized wiki articles whose titles start with articles (a, an, the) so that they index correctly. (The Who sorting under "W" rather than "T.")
  • (Need to fill in other categories here - English-language books, films, albums, etc., incl. categories for those articles from U.S., U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.)
  • Look for DEFAULTSORT in article space - Wikipedia Wikisource

Review alpha-piping[edit]

This can help organize articles (and categories) appropriately to the different categories in which they are simultaneously included. For instance, Category:History of Canadian military aviation can be alpha-sorted under "C", "M", "A", or "H" as appropriate:
