This emoji is kissing, but also looks like a whistling emoji, or blowing air. A bit more of an ‘innocent, I’m pretending I didn’t do anything’ whistle, especially if combined with the music note.
The Kissing Face With Smiling Eyes emoji was approved as part of Unicode 6.1 in 2012.
