Northern Marianas[edit]

Since the Northern Marianas are unincorporated territories of the US, should they be represented here somehow? I'm not sure what exactly was the legal document that formally annexed them. Was it the "Covenant to establish a Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in Political Union with the United States of America"? --Jfruh (talk) 00:28, 29 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
