Merger of this Infoboxe with Infobox Indian state legislative assembly constituency[edit]

As per the result of the discussion, this template is going to merge with Template:Infobox Indian state legislative assembly constituency. A new proposed version is provided in the ,sandbox. Give it a look, suggest some changes or help us with finding any errors. You can compare the differences on testcases. For now, it is just a draft version.
