Hi there. There is incorrect information on this site regarding ZeroFox, the FBI contract and the January 6th event on Capitol Hill. Please correct or strike the current citation - it is not valid. For your reference please review this commentary and the support information related to the contract implementation.

As public records show, ZeroFox was awarded a contract with the FBI for social media alerting on December 31, 2020, and the contract publication date was January 7, 2021 at 12:17pm EST, one day after January 6th. As a commercial SaaS provider, the company did not begin work until all legal and procurement paperwork was satisfactorily completed. There was a full implementation and training period of the ZeroFox Platform only after January 6th. We encourage you to explore the contract information for the software vendor used prior to ZeroFox, as well as asking the FBI directly for more information about the intelligence gathered related to January 6, 2021. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SkyyaPR (talk • contribs)

Share price decrease of >90% since going public being deleted by someone?[edit]

I added an entry to reflect the decrease in the share price since going public. The part of the story where ZeroFOX went public is documented in the wiki but it’s significant share price decrease is being removed by someone. Firing of employees soon after the $74 million funding round[edit]
