Correcting error in title, change to "Welsh Memorial Park, Langemark-Poelkapelle"[edit]

The location "Ypres" mentioned in the actual title, is factually wrong. The Welsh National Memorial Park is situated in the town of Langemark- Poelkapelle, not in Ypres (Ieper in Dutch). Also, the memorial campaign made it clear from the beginning that it was its aim to raise a Welsh National Memorial.

The correct title should be "Welsh National Memorial Park, Langemark- Poelkapelle".
