Visa policy for Dutch Caribbean citizens[edit]

I see one IP user is having hard time understanding that this article deals with Surinamese visa policy as it is. It could be absurd, unenforceable, illegal or whatever but they do differentiate between European and Caribbean Dutch citizens and therefore we have to show that in the article.
