Mostly unsourced article[edit]

This entire article reads like a promotion for uBid. There are seven sources: one is the company's website and four are from the parent company's SEC filings, leaving only two third-party sources. I agree; I have inserted truthful information that is non-promotional, with citations, for company history. For the company's profit history the only source is their SEC filings. Ubidtruth (talk) 05:03, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

On 03 August I edited this page to truthfully reflect the company history. An IP Address came in and undid my edits to return the page to a company billboard. The IP Details:
